Wellness Retreat at Tent Town under GFF Wellness Grant.

With generous support from our donor, Girls first fund(GFF), we had the opportunity to participate in a rejuvenating wellness retreat under the GFF Wellness Grant initiative.
As part of this activity, all board members and staff spent a night at Tent Town, engaging in various wellness-focused activities aimed at promoting mental well-being, relaxation, and team bonding. The retreat provided a refreshing break from daily responsibilities and allowed everyone to reconnect with themselves and each other in a natural, peaceful setting.
The program included yoga and meditation sessions, which helped participants relieve stress, enhance mindfulness, and boost overall emotional resilience. These practices not only supported individual well-being but also strengthened the sense of unity and collective energy among the team.
We are deeply grateful to GFF for prioritizing the mental health and wellness of partner organizations. Initiatives like this remind us of the importance of self-care, especially for those working in the development and social sectors.
This experience has left a lasting positive impact on our team, and we look forward to integrating the lessons learned into our everyday work and lifestyle.
