A preparatory discussion meeting was successfully conducted today with sports representatives, municipal officials, and local stakeholders as part of the ongoing Preventing & Responding to Child Marriage and Early Union Project.
The main objective of the meeting was to finalize logistics, coordination, and community engagement strategies for the upcoming “Jhapa District Municipality-Level Women’s Football Tournament 2083,” set to launch on Magh 9, 2083 (November 25, 2026) under the banner “Empower Girls, End Child Marriage: Women’s Strength on the Field!”
