Protest and Awareness Rally Demanding Strict Justice Held in Kakarbhitta.

A peaceful protest and public awareness rally was successfully held today in Kakarbhitta under the leadership of Mahila Janachetana Kendra, with strong participation from various local organizations and conscious citizens. The demonstration was organized in response to the heinous rape and murder of 3-year-old Garima Chaudhary, as well as a separate horrific rape incident involving a 61-year-old woman.
Demonstrators gathered in front of the Hanuman Temple early at 7:00 AM, raising their voices to demand maximum punishment for the perpetrator. Protesters strongly argued that juvenile status must not be used as an excuse to grant leniency or reduced sentencing for such extreme cruelty, calling for legal reforms including capital punishment for rapists.
