7-Day pickle making and it’s marketing training

A 7-day  pickle making and it’s marketing training, organized by Mahila Janachetana Kendra for the skill development of local adolescent girls and women, was successfully completed in Mechinagar Municipality, Kachankawal Rural Municipality, and Barhadashi Rural Municipality under the facilitation of respected businessman and entrepreneur Dinanath Shiwakoti.

During the training, participants learned to prepare seven types of pickles including Mango pickle, lapsi pickle, Amla pickle, lemon pickle, Mixed pickle,  Timbur chop  & Timbur-garlic chop, along with packing, labeling, and marketing techniques.
