Mahila Janachetana Kendra successfully organized a series of interaction programs focused on the issue of child marriage across different local levels in Jhapa District.
On Baisakh 3, 2082 (April 15, 2025), another interaction program with the Female Community Health Volunteers of Mechinagar Municipality was held at the Kakarbhitta Health Post. We are deeply thankful to all the participants who took part in the discussion and contributed to the program’s success.
Similarly, a child marriage interaction program was also successfully conducted in Kachankawal Rural Municipality, where we extend our sincere thanks to the FCHVs of Kachankawal and all other attendees for their meaningful engagement.
On Baisakh 11, 2082 (April 23, 2025), an interaction program on child marriage was conducted in Bahradashi Rural Municipality. We express our heartfelt gratitude to all participants, especially the Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs) of Bahradashi, for their active participation and valuable contributions.
These programs aim to strengthen community awareness and collaborative efforts in preventing child marriage, with a focus on empowering women and local health volunteers as key advocates of change.
