The training was designed to acquaint attendees with the basics of personality development and proficient public speaking. It took place on Monday, 11th September, at Hotel Durbar in Mechinagar. Sushma Rajbanshi, the Executive Director of Radio Sathi and a member of the Federation of Nepal Journalist Jhapa, as well as the EVP member of Mechinagar Lady JCI, served as our trainer. Both board members and staff participated in this session. Our primary goal for this workshop was to assist participants in recognizing their inherent strengths and areas for enhancement, providing them with tangible techniques for efficiency.
